For some reason I can't open the safe with the lockpickers, I tried clicking every spot and heatng up the pipe in the basement first, then not unlocking the basement at all, but nothing seems to work, please help

teeny, weeny, tiny hole to the right of the safe - I think it's nearer to the floor. Stand to the left of the safe and run cursor over on right is probably the easiest.
