Well, I've decided to make a walkthrough for this um..."masterpiece" of a game. Here it is, in all its glory.

Well, it looks like somebody died. Look at him. He seems to be dead, but you're really not sure. You could rob him, but it's only ok if it's a dead man. So, talk to him. Exhaust dialog. Then, take his money. You will have it, so walk anywhere, in any direction. Go into the house. Exhaust dialog with the man in the yellow hat. Shove the Monopoly money down his throat.
