Sorry about that sir. You did indeed send me one via email but alas, amongst all the other tasks I forgot to download it. Wish you had pestered me about that a bit more on the day, perhaps it could've been resolved. Maybe next time I'll look into a system whereby it will be virtually impossible to miss any downloads. Or, you could bring it on a USB stick

Thanks for coming along though, hopefully you can find some other ways to publicise it

If you want, I can send the copy you gave me to all the ticket buyers in an upcoming newsletter to have a go at their discretion?
