Or if there is no walkthrough, can you help me yourself?
I have got the blowerfish but dunno how to get the venom out, i don't know how to get past tinkie dinkie.

I don't have a walkthrough but I got past those things at least.
to get rid of Twinkie you'll need a voodoo doll. The chief at the village lost one in the caves so you have to go find it.  after that, use those pink puppet mange on the doll and then do something nasty to it

the blowfish venom you get, if you simply make a juice of it at the village.
