Help please! I've tried everything. I'm only at 2/18, and I just woke up from sleep. What do I do now?

Look at everything in locker then go back to mess and there will be someone to talk to who will give you another knife - I had to interract with things a few times and go in and out of the rooms before he appeared.

  i got the knife, interacted with everything in the locker a bajillion times, went in and out of the two accessable rooms a bajillion times, but no guy appeared.... somebody, please help
