I absolutely love this game, and it hasn't had any of the attention it deserves. If you want a challenge, atmosphere, beautiful images and sound then this game is for you.
It really does deserve an award.

I'd like to suggest nominating Downfall in the Innovation category. It may be considered a subtle thing, but the alternative choices you can make during the game are really well done and done in way that is different than the usual be-good and be-evil paths found in a some adventure games and many RPGs. Like in real life the choices aren't always that much about right or wrong, you are not given all the information that you'd like to, yet the consequences of your decisions can be devastating.

It's very kind of you to suggest that, Ascovel! Unfortunately, as for now, no votes can be made for Downfall other than Best Demo... but when that's changed you guys remember what Ascovel said- the man speaks words of wisdom indeed!:)

Well, it feels a bit weird to nominate my own game but

For your consideration:

A Night to Remember

I'd like to nominate A Night to Remember for:

Best Player Character:  Nathan Carter, come on he's a con-artist. You've got to like him.

and

Best original story.

Also, if there was a category for worst designed main giant foyer room I'd nominate it for that but oh well...   ::)

JNGames

I'd like to put my game, Femspray, forward for the award for Best Music.
I loved composing it and was especially proud of the repetition of musical themes with different styles and instrumentation to subtley alter the mood.  I found the battle music for the final fight very exciting as well.

Death Wore Endless Feathers (Disk 1) for:

Best Game
Best Gameplay
Best Puzzles
Best Player Character - lovable, bluish, lazy hacker-doggie-dragon creature
Best Character Art
Best Animation - there's quite a lot of it in the game, maybe not perfectly smooth, but to me style and ideas matter more
Best Music
Best Tutorial and Documentation - the readme's are a perfect fit for the topic of the game

ThreeOhFour

Ahh, good call Igor!

I already nominated it for a few awards, I kinda wish I'd remembered to nominate it for the best Tutorial and Documentation category!
