You've slept through the apocalypse, but someone's still gotta deliver the mail. A humorous short adventure of mundane work in a hellish scenario.

My first real try at an AGS game, based on a silly idea based loosely on a real job I had. I consider this a practice run to familiarize myself with AGS more than anything, so this isn't exactly ambitious (hence why there's no sound, for one). Nevertheless I hope you enjoy it ;) I welcome any and all comments, suggestions, critiques, and bug reports.

CONTROLS: Left click walks/interacts, right click examines/releases current inventory item. Move mouse to the top of the screen for inventory/save/load/quit.

Story, design, art, dialogue, scripting all done by yours truly. Contains Edmundito's Tween Module 2.0 and Ghost's Lightweight BASS 2.0 template.

Is the waking up scene inspired by SQ3?  :P

If by "inspired" you mean "totally ripped off from", then yes, it is :=

I guess you didn't create that after the new MAGS "Extinction" has been announced? If yes, why not participate there? Armageddon for me is the most fatal extinction :O

No, I've actually had the idea for this game for over a year now, I've been working on and off again on the graphics and only just now got around to putting everything together in AGS :D I'm a terrible procrastinator.

Actually it sounds like you're a really good procrastinator!

What a fun idea for a game!  Grats on the release.

I just finished it. Nice little game. Cute character and story. Simple puzzles but worked well to create a first game. If you keep working on the project, put in some sound! Lots of good opportunities for effects!

Just wondering

I couldn't tell what the package was for the priest. The picture was not clear but it's an important element of the story. What was it?

Like the Priest says, it's the Necronomicon, a grimoire (magic book) famously associated with H.P. Lovecraft's Cthulhu mythos.

Oh. I missed that reference. I haven't read much Lovecraft.

SHADOW

Nor me, but I figured it was well-known enough to not warrant too much explanation.
