I'm trying with Camtasia to capture my game, i've looked everywhere and the settings i have should be the best but it lags, and it's rather funny since my computer is at 44% cpu usage or something like that and GPU is barely hiting 50% (really old computer btw). So i don't see why it's lagging. Instead i thought maybe i could ask. Is there someway i can create a high quality mp4 of this game sequence/cutscene without using aditional software, perhaps a "bounce to mp4 plugin"?
I've searched for "Game Capture" on the board, but couldn't find any. What do you guys use for capturing game footage?

Thanks!

I use bandicam, a free version can be downloaded but has a limit of 10 minutes per video and a watermark.

OBS can also be used to capture footage. It's free.
Steam: LimpingFish
PSN: LFishRoller
XB: TheActualLimpingFish
Spotify: LimpingFish

Gonna try that out! Thanks!

Edit: OBS works perfectly! So glad it worked so easy too, really fast and fluid for this type of job
