Hi guys! I'd like to make the announcement of the release of the game Mr. Tijerakis.
Where action heroes go to when they need their hair made.
You play the role of Gregorias Tijerakis, a reknown Greek barber. You must cut the hair of your customers as soon as you can.
For how long can you stay in business?
This a short casual game.

A nice little casual game!
It's also fun to see the costumers are some well known characters. :-D

Tomags

Thanks Rik for giving a go to the game, appreciate it.

CaptainD

Sounds like a fun game idea! Congrats on the release  ;-D

Tomags

Thanks CaptainD. It is actually my first release on the AGS community after lurking in the dark for (many) years, so feels good. Thanks all for testing it or just having a look.

Nice! Well done for completing your first game and I hope many more will follow!

PS: did the customers have to show covid status ID?  :=

Thanks Kyriakos.
haha, good point. Hopefully no need for that sort of things on the near future. Othewise will need to update it with a Papers Please type of mechanic.

That was fun! Casual game - action game...something like that. Though it sounds weird to call a barber sim an action game, it makes some sense considering the gameplay.

I played lots of times, but had to go down to difficulty level one in order to make it to the ending. Great choice of final customer/"boss"!  (laugh) I was also pleased to see a list of the celebrities in the after-game credits, as I didn't recognize everyone. (But surely one of them is Wolverine? I didn't see him on the list.) Nice attention to detail that the customers put their jacket or accessory in the background. Also kudos for nice music.

For me, the standard difficulty (3) was the right choice. 4 and 5 were too difficult for me, and I had trouble getting even one satisfied customer. Very cool to see a non-adventure like this being made with AGS.

Heltonjon, thanks a lot for the review and positive feedback and paying so much attention to the details, amazing.
Will review, I may have forgotten to put him on the list, but you are right, Wolverine is one of the characters.
The difficulty level is hard to judge for the people who worked in the game because we ended up being experts and knew the strategies, so it felt a bit too easy. But seeing other people playing for the first time I realized that it takes a while to get used to the game and the standard was kind of in the tough side.  At the same time I didn't want the game to be beaten on the first or second play... It is a hard one to judge, thanks for mentioning, great that you found it acceptable.
