Now, the sun will be up in an hour or so and we can all get out of here together. You, me, Linda, Shelly. Hmm... Well... not Shelly, she? We'll all be going home together. Wouldn't you like to be going home? I bet you'd like that, wouldn't you? Scott?

Well i meant for this to go into GIP but missed. I've notified Las about moving it. This is just the intro for a longer game which is my take on the Davey Jones death situation. I'm going to use RON graphics but modified like this style. I'm working on audio now actually :)

D.Jones: Deceased

I wont say much about it. It only goes for a few seconds. Made it today to pass some time. Hope you enjoy.

It's not so much a game as a very very short film with an abrupt end.
Just hope that clears it up for you guys :)

Well Japan went rather ace last time. They have a strong team, but we seem to be playing a lot stronger this time ourselves, we've waited so long to get here I think we'll make sure we stay as long as we can.

With the name Cloud Keeper I would have expected something a tad more dreamy. It's a minor issue but I think with that name and having a more dreamy sound would be effective. Just a minor change of instrument.

Also I'd suggest having a stronger beat, instead of what sounds like a kick that varies in pitch a little (I'm assuming thats what it ws) Something a bit more developed in sound could help. Even with a simple beat such as this:

An odd, hopefully creepy ambient tune. A little Eraserhead influenced in style. No real tune as such, but as background music it could hopefully be very effective :) Took a while to make for a rather unimposing sound, but I feel it was worth it. Mixing was surprisingly difficult I must say.

I'm happy to help anyone that needs music and soundage. Yay for helping.

Dont do it Peepwood! I want to win :(

How many mixolydians are there? I have trouble enough with the one :(
Here we are. I had a go. Bit odd I think but at least I finished something. I suck at sustaining a tune though. Anyone wants to show me how I could improve please feel free to do so in PM :)

Here it is

Arctic Monkeys, Icarus Line, Squarepusher and Prince. All great. LISTEN NOW!

lo_res_man: Just because its a serius issue does not mean we cant have laughs at it. As paradoxic as that sounds, it makes sense. I just think you're being a little sensitive.

Nihilyst! Woot! You win. Feel free to start the next one.
Apart form that, the others were pretty ace entries. I'm rather happy seeing all this good stuff :) Yay team AGS!

Well considering the last person to win dissapeared without a trace, and considering I started this comp, I figured I'd resurrect it.

The improv story! This is about acting so... come up with a character and have him tell a story about himself, be it a hick at a campfire, or a hardboiled detective breaking down and telling the barman his sob story. Just have your character and tell his/her/their/funble/its story.

GO!

Thanks Nikolas,
Considering how badly I suck at percussion I used a Sibelius plug in to do it for me. It turned out rather nice I think. I know its repetative but I couldnt think how to sustain it any better.

Edit:
More emphasis on bass as suggested

I started with Flukeblakes piece and got so distracted it doesnt really relate much to that piece anymore. So I was wanting some C+C on what you think of my writing.
