Hi all,
I recently made this piece using FLStudio and I was wondering what you thought of it. I know it is lacking in strings but i don't know what to add in that department.

If you are a casual worker you can claim your reliant on your income (casuals don't get paid while on jury duty) and claim you are loosing money by doing Jury duty. Or get a friend to break your leg. :)

Evening Squires,
I am sure that a few of you have heard of Knightsbridge Chronicles, Unfortunatley the man planning to do the BG's is unable to do them and I am stranded without a BG artist.  If you are available to do more serious rather than toony BG's please PM me. I really need your help.
Regards,

Alec

I have a poem. This time it is free of cliches (hopefully). The art you see is done by Farlander. I handed this in to my English Techer to put on the wall. The art isn't graded, only the poem and i told her the artwork wasn't mine anyway. I really needed so it looked presentable. Anyway, the poem. C+C a must.

As Gilbot said, people will play it if it is interesting, but if you wish to improve your graphics I suggest you post some in the Crit's lounge.

redruM: Although Knightsbridge Chronicles is a series, I only partake in the first game wich at the moment is in the hands of artists. So I could definatly do both without letting them suffer.
lelev: Publishing would be pdf files posted in the General Discussion (Unless I get a website). In terms of what i am looking for, experiences. So it could still be about anything but your experiance about whatever subject you are writing on.

I was also getting my hopes up, but alas.

I find this to be a good picture except for one little thing. For some reason that tree stands out and bugs me. It seems to draw my attention away from the pic.

General Discussion / Journalism.

Evening all,
I have for a long time been interested in journalism, but until now i have found no outlet for thuis interested. Notice how every month or so a magazine pops up on these forums, most failing as they all try to cover the same topics as the already well known and respected ones. I have often contemplated starting one of these magazines, but as stated above, it would have been an excercise in futility. I mulled over this problem and came across an answer, why write about games, in fact, why write about anything specific at all. Now to the reason for this post. I wish to start a magazine about anything and everything, the latest album you listened to and how it wasn't as good as the bands last, a promo for you game, local happenings in your area, anything you can think of. The one staple article that i wish to have in each issue would be gonzo jounalism (Hello Hunter S. Thompson) Writing about what you are doing as you are doing it. Now to the second point of this thread. Three simple little words; I. Need. Writers. You, yes you. If you wish to write about anything - not just jounalistic articles, maybe an occasional short story or poem - please PM, email or telepathically contact me stating your name and link to your piece and your email adress and I shall read, reply and publish. Hopefully this message is read. Signing off, your beloved editor,

Alec
