I am a film lover and i love craftsmanship over explosions, but the point of 28 days later was to scare. Unfortunatly after the first shock of seeing the zombie preist burst through the door, the later shocks decreased in their intensity. I still bought this film on dvd because I happen to like Danny Boyle. His previous work on Trainspotting was a wonderful adapation of a great novel by I. Welsh.

The first bit were the priest bursts through door was freaky, but sadly after that it waas tame. Great director though.
