General Discussion / Re: Wiisure Suit Larry?

Virtual sex in all its galore, but really, I don't think pelvis thrusts would be that fun.. unless ofcourse you add drink and friends with sadistic humour. "Dude, you made her fall asleep, lol!" I think the porn industry and gaming industry will never mesh together into a concept that appeals to both audiences. Bouncy boobies in Dead or Alive or "Simulation Sex" dvds with your random porn star might probably be as close as you can get.

.. or Sex Olympics ofcourse!  :=

I used to be bitter. I used to loathe and despise the holiday. And then I refused it all and spent a couple of years without buying gifts, without stressing out, and now I have come to peace with the whole shenanigan; christmas is about meeting your family and loved ones, eating lots and lots of delicious food and debating the state of the nation whilst consuming alcohol. I even bought my closest family gifts this year. Books again. I like giving books. And receiving them. But gifts are truly as a throrough beating -  more fun to give than to receive. So a Very Merry Christmas to you all, and remember. Just another week until a new year come a-knocking and another chance to consume dangerous amounts of alcohol, but this time with friends rather than family. Personally, I'll try to spend that weekend in the slopes with sleds, drinks, and the occasional grilled hot dog...

..if only it would snow..  :'(

I suggest asking the jews and find out how they did, I mean, their calendar has passed that date quite some time ago.  :=

"I still think that you are extending "grey areas" of an industry to the whole industry."

But that's what I said when bringing up the discussion in the first place. As spoken; I will not say that all porn is forced sex, but consent can be motivated by a variety of reasons, upon which all ain't that morally justifiable. And the most common factor is drug abuse.

I thought the ladder puzzle was highly intruiging. I mean, a whole silo with gasoline, and then knicking it somewhere else. Ingenious  :=

I used to cheer for many teams in my younger days, now sports seldom interest my other than at a world cup or olympic games. I guess my pride in belonging to a group and team has resorted to nationalism.

I did enjoy FT immensly. Ok, the arcade sequences was a tad frustrating, but overall, the game was highly entertaining and I especially enjoyed the brute protagonist and character driven puzzle solutions - a nice change from all puny adventure heroes/heroines. Ok, it is an easy game, but I prefer getting on in a simple fashion, with easier challenges, than resorting to walkthroughs now and then. That probably says more about my mental capacities than the game, but.. oh well..

Consider a video where a girl is on a substance that she doesn't know what's going on at all - and being gangbanged by a group of willing males.

Rape or porn? These videos do exist and are categorised as porn.

Oh, you've trodded a gray path there addressing pornography. Sure, I will not deny the fact that there are people of sane minds acting out their freak on infront of cameras, and nothing more, but abusive conditions and drug abuse has lead and will lead loads of unsuspetcing "actors" into a spiral of sex, money and drugs. Illegal? Well, drugs are often illegal, but the rest; no. Unethical? The gray area appears. Consent can be motivated by oh so many things.

Well, it isn't easy on us dialup users, but then again, what is nowadays.

The navigations is clear, but in the comics, I can't help but think that all 6 could be shown directly, without a thumbnail, which isn't a thumbnail as much as a cropped comic. Don't be afraid to use text links even though it is a visual. Also, the menu is lost when viewing a full comic, it could still be there on even 1024*740. On the illustrations, thumbnails however (and I do mean small pics and lots of them on the same page) would be nice, and the "next" and "previous" buttons are not that functional unless you casually stroll through the site. It is ok for the average viewer, ofcourse, but a potentional job provider might be annoyed by the lack of oversight.

The colors are nice and mellow, easy on the eyes and perfect for displaying the visual content. Perhaps too minimalistic, some noise could do wonders.

I've seen his work in "Uti vår Hage" or perhaps "91:an". Some collab with Magnus Knutsson. Nice stuff.

But Nacho, is it really illegal to refuse help to someone in distress in Spain?

When holding the arm diagonally, the pixels produce too thin of an arm. I don't know how to avoid this though, since adding another pixel would make it to fat'. Perhaps play around with the darkness, making them less of an outline and more of a shape.

The skirt also resemble tight shorts. I guess that pose would in the end lead to a thorough blood panty shot. Either lenghten the skirt or suffer the consequences  :=

In a portrait, everything lies in the eyes. Step back and really digest the shapes and shades of her eyes, then try to portray them. This is not easy, this is hard as hell. I wish you good luck.

Apart from Mittens, my experience of campsites are purely negative. But parking a caravan in the middle of nowhere might prove to be great fun. I have mixed feelings about those narrow coffins.

SSH: I think every european nationality is fair game nowadays. Perhaps not Israel though, they're still kind of touchy on the subject.

Helm: I usually have problems with the writing, so trying to emulate Victorian wit may prove to be impossible. But I'll definatly try.

Steve: I stand corrected. But I also find the word placements to be of bigger importance within the bubbles. The "Glass door, you silly bitch" was fought with for quite some time since the placements were ideal with "Glass [break] door, you [break] silly bitch". But that placement read wrong within the context. Oh well, bubbles are a mystery on it's own.

General Discussion / Re: RAM vs CPU

If you do alot of image editing, and I don't mean sprites but memory hogs like a 300dpi letter sized image, you should always foucs on more RAM rather than CPU.

A good solid room. You do however have many sharp colors competing for the attention. Just ask yourself what items are important (books, text, papers, paintings) and let them be as sharp, and then mellow down the others.
