I've gotten into Vincent's apartment and now I think I have to locate the UKASA quarantine area. I've tried everything I can think of to sober up the woman in order to ask her about it but nothing works. Can I get a little help, please?

Sorry, every time I get past the intro cutscene the game crashes giving me that error message I gave before.
