Can anyone give me the areas that power cells are found.  I am at the end game (I think) but only have 5 cells.  I have been to all the areas again but can't see it.  Please give me a clue.

I am stuck in Fantasia.  I have the jade jar after dealing with the stone statues but can't get through the portal to Somewhere.  Is there something else I should do?
