Thanks Chris for the comments above.  Just wanted to add, since we're basically at final Release Candidate status, the verdict of another one of out testers:

I've finally had chance to end the game.
I'm really enjoyed! It's fun, not small, not boring nor repetitive. I put at same level of an "official" published "mainstream" game.
Loved the overall  (laugh)

Sorry, I did not know where to post it :-) Thanks!
I confirm every word  :-D

For your consideration:

A Homie Adventure: my first game ever, my first pixelart and AGS attempt.
I don't know which category suggest, I hope you'd enjoy for some reason.
Thanks  :-D

About the game:
Suddenly, while watching a Ron Gilbert's speech about the Maniac Mansion postmortem, I decided to try to develop a very short and simple game as a tribute to LucasFilm games and their developers (David Fox, Ron Gilbert, Tim Schafer and Gary Winnick).

So I asked my brother LostTrainDude some help ("how hard could it be?" cit.) and now here it is: A Homie Adventure!

Syd wants to play to some LucasFilm games that are installed on Chris' PC. He has to figure out how to launch them... in a very... very hot summer day!

HOW TO PLAY

  • LEFT CLICK - Interact
  • RIGHT CLICK - Examine
  • CTRL/CMD + Q - Quit Game

FEATURES

  • 320x200 resolution
  • 80's/90's pixel graphics
  • Maniac Mansion nostalgic tribute
  • English - Italian Language

TEAM

  • SidneySacchi - Design, Coding, Art, SFX, Music
  • LostTrainDude - Coding help, proof reading, English translation

I dedicate this to my family, my girlfriend and, again, David Fox, Ron Gilbert, Tim Schafer, Gary Winnick, and also to all of you!

I hope you'll enjoy it!
You can download the game here!
Thanks!  :-D

Since I noticed that my game was included among the other thumbnails, I thought it was a sign that I had to join :P
