How do you figure out the answers to the number puzzle with the condors and snakes, etc...I've tried everything but my answer is always wrong

How does one fix the toy car? The only item I have for it is the wheel with the gum stuck to it. I can't find any others.

Has anyone figured out how to beat the penny arcade game? I've been stuck on that puzzle for hours now and can't figure it out.

I'm stuck in the jail. I've got the mop head and the chocolate, but I don't know how to get rid of the cop guarding the cell.

Nevermind. Got it. Finished the game. Now I have to sit and twiddle my thumbs while I wait for Chapter 3. LOL

How do you get into the locked room in the basement of the church? Seems I've interacted with everything but can't seem to get it.

Nevermind. Managed to figure that part out. Now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to get into Blake's office

I have no idea what to do next.

I've been to the hut in the woods and found the two pieces of paper. There are no new locations and I can't seem to do anything at the locations it allows me to go to, which are home, library, father's office, and the ex-gf's place (Judy?).
