... I LOVE this location (seeing as I LIVE in Southern Ontario). I could probably house all of you too... however I really don't have time. :x In my program, we have co-op and classes and no summer break, so I'm sad to say that I can't join you guys. -_-; This would've been an excellent opportunity too. But maybe a miracle will happen and my uni will be closed for a few weeks. I can always dream...

Wow, I haven't been on this forum in... forever. o_O Don't worry, I still remember/miss you guys! And all those late nights working on backgrounds... But anyway, I really haven't changed that much, except for my ever-changing hairstyles.

Yeah it's red again and styled short. Though it's been quite a lot of different colours and styles since I last came here. :P But no matter!

So I just wanted to say hi to everyone that I remember (and that still remembers ME for that matter), and if you were wondering where I was, blame university. :( So I'm not dead, really. Though uni kind of makes it feel that way.

One last thing; I DO hope that I'm still the #1 slapper in #AGS. >_<

UT: GoTY edition! ^_^

And Quake 3 Arena. I'm so in.

That is, if university crap doesn't take over like it's doing right now.   :\

Whoa, awesome Kinky. D: Congrats. ^_^

I don't think I'd ever have to guts to do what you did...

I also tend to do things, be positive that I did indeed do them, but run back to make sure anyway.  "Did I close that door?"  etc.

The exact same situation here... except it's mostly with me and my alarm clock. Like at night, I'll turn on the clock alarm and then scuttle off to bed. But then when I'm under my covers and I'm about to fall asleep, I'll ask myself "Did I REALLY turn on my alarm? I don't want to be late!" and then I'll get out of bed and check. Then I'll once again almost fall asleep in bed and once again check the alarm. Repeat another 3 times, and you'll have my weirdness. >_<

Dart, how's your status now?

Well, report cards are supposed to be mailed home tomorrow, so we'll see then. ^_^

However, there might be a little issue... I'm supposed to visit my relatives in France this summer, and they said that mid-to-late August would be the best time, which is approximately when Mittens starts. >_< I'll try to come to France earlier, but I might have to bring my best friend and significant other along in order to come... that is, if they don't mind and you guys don't mind. I think they will, so they'll probably won't come. But it's a possibility that they might.

I'll have more details by the end of this week. :D And in case you're worried, nope, the increasing airplane fare cost isn't a problem.

General Discussion / Re: Just ... disturbing.
Mon 04/07/2005 14:16:03
Hm, just saw it. It wasn't exactly that disturbing, but there were still some weird parts in it.

Like, some of the animations were kind of... bland. Like when we picked the picture of the cat, the girl just swerved back and forth in her chair. The same goes for when choosing the monkey twice... I didn't find anything disturbing about that. o_O

The ones that really got me though was when she cut her eyes and hand. For some reason, whenever I see blood in movie, it doesn't really affect me, but seeing the doll's blood affected me much more.

I'm in Niagara Falls, and we have no smoking indoors.  It's good, because then bars aren't smoky.  It's bad, because the bars don't often follow it and they get fined and have to close.

Ottawa (the LOVELY city I used to live in) had that same rule too: no smoking in any bar or restaurant. Any. And if you're caught smoking, you'll have to pay the fee of $500.

Heh, this made non-smokers happy, but apparently some restaurants went out of business for this reason. Oh wells. :P

This was supposed to be Rosella but it kinda turned out... Final Fantasyish. :P Other than that, enjoy.

For all of you who're going to Asian countries to teach English, here's an awesome site about an English teacher and his experiences in Japan.

http://omega.med.yale.edu/~pcy5/japanese/teacher.html

Read all of it. :D I never knew that Japan had such an "interesting" culture... ¬_¬

... damn, I have an urge for that Nintendo cereal now. -_-

If they ever have that cereal for sale on eBay, I am SO buying it. Heck, I'll even pay up to $500 for a box. But luckily I don't have an eBay account so I can't buy all of the things I want there. If I did, I'd probably be bankrupt right around now. :P

Don't forget SNES has Harvest Moon and Yoshi's Island ...

Yeeah, Harvest Moon roxored. :D And also Secret of Mana, Super Mario RPG, and Radical Dreamers, which was the true sequel to Chrono Trigger and prequel to Chrono Cross.

Go with the SNES and get the following games: Chrono Trigger, Earthbound, and Zelda: A Link to the Past.

Trust me, you cannot go wrong with the above.

Ack! It's Dart!

Haha, that DOES sorta look like me. o_O With the blonde hair and archery equipment and whatnot. Though my hair is a bit shorter than hers. :P

Anyways, I would just follow Proggy's advice. He pretty much did everything I wanted to do with the sprite... which was pretty well done in the beginning, anyway, but Proggy made it awesomer. :D

Happy 16th birthday, Ginneh. Only two more years until you can officially come to Mittens. ^_^

And yes, I have told you this before (or rather had someone else tell you this), but j00 roxor. :D Anyway, have a wonderful day.

Wow, the picture they have on that site looks exactly like me!!11one D:

Haha, I remember classmates.com. I think I may have an account on there, with a real old email address of mine. No one wanted to contact me so far. :P

Dart going to Mitten status: still pending.

I just have to wait for a good time to ask my parents, which'll probably be when I get my school report card back (I didn't work hard for nothing!). So, we shall see. ^_^

I'm in as well. :D

Prepare to see something from my Hansel and Gretel game on the 25th if I'm not busy with exams and such.
