Also well done mate, roll on university.

Absolutely. The place I'm going, Aberystwyth, is about the size of a shoebox but has 56 (count 'em) pubs. Oh yes. It's also by-the-sea and is as far away from people I don't like as you can get without getting your feet wet.

I got ABB plus abc at AS level on top of that. And now I'm celebratory and drunk

Hurrah!

Well, say the '$5000.00' is in cell A1, you could do this, with each line representing a row.

$5000.00
=A1*1.15
=B1*1.15
=C1*1.15
=D1*1.15
=E1*1.15

The bit in bold is the answer. It's not the best way to do it, but it'd work, I think. You could always move the parts you don't want to see to cells off-screen somewhere...

Oops, misread it, sorry. Um, in that case, I'm afraid I have no idea. I used to know, but it's been at least two years since I did that in Maths, so it's gone. Sorry.

Short game, one room, with lots of comedically violent things happening to a short man made predominently of blue sticks:

It gets better and better, this guy's a genius!

You do realise it's not him playing though, right?

No, no, that's a completely unfair representation.

We Brits actually go around looking like this[/b].

Maybe not London then, but there's at least one Mr Bean in Devizes (little English town).

He occasionally buys stuff from the shop where I work. Mostly, though, he drops/breaks/spills stuff instead, and then apologises in a high-pitched mumbling voice to the world in general, while trying to rectify the situation but inevitably just getting in the way.

But yeah, Shaun of the Dead does portray England pretty well. Especially the zombies.

The Boosh is the best thing since coconut chocolate. I saw the first episode on BBC3 and thought, 'What the...' but after a while you just kind of accept that these two zoo keeper guys enjoy running around in completely random situations and it all makes sense. A bit.

The live show is where it all started, right? It should be a... unique experience. If Amy falls ill you can take me instead :D

I chose this car.
               ________
             .'-------------'.
         =.||________||.=
           //       __       \\
          //__/_____\__\\
          \O__=='==__O/
            '----[____]----'
            |_|            |_|

Or, from the angle in the photo (ish):
              ________
           /.'------------- '.
        =.||_________||.=
         \ \\         __      \\
          \ \\__/_____\_.\\
           \|O__=='==__O/
              '----[____]----'
             |_|             |_|

I really like it. My interpretation of it is that you've felt restricted by someone, but now that they've gone you're free to express yourself and be the person you want to be.

There's a few problems caused maybe by confusing grammar, and some more by the rhyming... but I only like poems that rhyme, so it's worth it!

I like the whole stone metaphor, personification and imagery. It conjured up loads of cool ideas and seemed really graphic to me. Overall, really great!

Oh, that's cool. Sorry about the misunderstanding.

DanClark, you're idea makes me think f one of those Flash things where you drag different clothing onto a person... but, like I said, it could be pretty limited.

On the other hand, I'd be willing to have a crack at making a cutscene, if you supplied the bits and bobs...

Edit: I just re-read this from the start and it looks like I've totally stolen this whole thread. Sorry about that, I didn't mean to!

I personally wouldn't have any clue how to get all those characters and objects in one screen that would actually make sense.

But that's possibly where the funniness would come in... from the total randomness of the cutscenes. It would also mean that each entry would be completely different.

Zooty and Nipper, just out of interest, which idea were you supporting?

Well, the idea of one of those sticker-book thingies sounds quite appealing, but it could be pretty limited by the poses of the charcters, space in the BGs, that kind of thing. You might find a lot of the entries look similar.

Lots of short little sequences could be fun though  ;D
