I think you messed it up a little bit.

The tail of his jacket is messed up around the end of the animation, on both sides.

uhg..the bunker is like..standing out and looks out of place...it might be the black lines are too thick or the texture just doesnt fit.

I figured that out. But, the thing that took me so long was to figure out that you couldn't put 3x and you had to actually calculate the size.
