And besides, people dying is just about the funniest thing around... Except when they die in gruesome, yet hilarious ways...

AGS - Better than MSPaint. But not by much.

AGS - It'll make your RAM jiggle.

AGS - Foarte tare, frate.

AGS - It'll give you reasons to start a new blog.

I've started to make a skeleton for a TBS game between Red and Blue, and I've almost finished it, except for battles... I agree with Gothic, don't show prototypes and skeletons, show us a game...

Well, if it'll be bigger and better, then it'll be worth the wait, go Akatosh!

Take 1 (that's one) omlet. Stuff it with cheese, and lots of hot spices, drown it in spicy ketchup, and voila! You don't have anymore taste budds! Now you can finally join my club...

Quote from: Fee on Sun 20/05/2007 02:45:45I always Loved Warcraft and Warcraft 2. Starcraft however was a terrible game. I never understood why it was so popular. Hopefully they do a better job of this one and dont take it down the same path they took the Warcraft series.
WarCraft, and WarCraft II, although highly innovative for their times, had only two races which were exactly the same. StarCraft, however, had three races, which were completely different, but incredibly well balanced, and I think that's just one of the main reasons for it's popularity. Since each race had unique abilities, units, buildings etc. players could form hundreds of strategies... Also, StarCraft brought on a way of storytelling which was never before seen in RTS games: cinematics, coupled with the briefing room which seemed to actually come alive, and what would seem cinematics during the battle. Not to mention StarEdit, which is highly detailed, and which I love enormously...

What more can I say?

Frankly, the only Starcraft adventure game I could make would be a joke game...

So, Jefe Akatosh, what's my job?

I loved StarCraft the way it was, frankly...

Now it looks too much like WarCraft III to me...

Although, I must admit, the models are highly detailed, and nicely animated...

Great Gmhoz's Toilet!

This... this... is... just... not possible... I think I'm hyperventialting over here...

This has got to be a gag of some sorts, it's... just... I never thought... I hoped... but I didn't think... Ok, I'll stop stuttering now...

I just hope they don't screw it up. I really hope they still keep it in 2D Isometric, though...

Quote from: Domino on Fri 18/05/2007 02:44:25Now that i think about it, CJ may just be a robot.  His only directive is to make AGS, or he could be like the Terminator, get us to sign up for his forums, then knock us off one by one until his mission is complete. Maybe that is what the AGS world map is for.

For those who attend Mittens, does CJ say I'll be back alot?  :)
Good thing he's not a paranoid android...

Anyway, minor update: The game contains ninjas now. Hooray, ninjas!
Ninjas are pretty cool. But I prefer pirates.
