have now seen four endings to this game, i can't work out the fifth

so far i decided to shoot at the grave, resisted the girl and got the three endings and different ending with Agnes

then i waited, kissed the girl and got another three endings but one was different so far four endings, what playthrough do i have to do to obtain the fifth

just finished this game, absoulutly amazing, i loved every bit of it, a few questions, when in the grave if i decided to shoot would it affect the rest of the game, and are the three ending different or all pretty much end the same

finally got this enjoying it so far, but i have a question, i am hard of hearing, is sound a major issue to this game, as i remember playing certain games like Clocktower where music would play tp announce danger of Scissorman, or will it only ruin the fact that i can't hear the music very well

i am going to buy this, but before i buy, may i ask how long it roughly lasts and can you die in the game like old adventure games where it seems really random, and does the game have multiples paths or a linear structure but with multiple endings
