I am finally stuck.

I have to find the Hawi book recommended by the mystic but it's not in the library. The only book I haven't seen the title of is the one that the librarian is blocking but I don't know how to move him.

I don't know how to open the mouth of the head

I don't know how to get precious metals for the pimp

I think I need a recipe to use in the kitchen but that make be in the book I mentioned at first.

I don't know how to look at the inscription next to the door

I can't seem to make much progress in this game.

I have visited the obvious areas including the mountaintop. I have the text that she needs to translate as well as the light spell. I have seen the eyes in the cave (troll?). I note a number of hotspots (lots of stones of varying description) but can't seem to interact with anything. I spoke to the miller and it seems that my objective is to confront the troll but I really don't see any way to proceed

I downloaded the new version. I actually played the earlier release but gave up when I saw that I wasn't getting anywhere, but I'm giving the game another go now.

I don't know how to complete the song. I don't see any hints or references to what to do to complete it. Other than that, the outstanding objectives seem to be:
- get the eyeliner
- find a hat
- get the sauce (not sure why)
- move the horse to get the knife and shield
- wake up the middle guy

I have the coals and fur, meat, fish, axe, pen, cold coffee

If I'm supposed to complete something else before this puzzle, then please let me know but I don't see anything available to be done at this point.

IIRC the manuscript was in one of the bookshelves, I just kept clicking around them. And workshop is the small locked door, not far away from the prison.

release the guy from the prison. I realize that not all hotspots have names or look different so I clicked like crazy on the books in the library to no avail. Does anyone have any more info?

As far as the small locked door, would that be the one in the library? Do I need to find the manuscript to open it or is there another way?

After playing this for over 14 hours, I'm finally at the point of needing help

I closed all the portals and got all the characters. My starting character is on level 10 with 3 skills and I have the completed crown, including the diamonds. He is nowhere near ready to slay the monster on the mountain. What is the recommended level to even try the boss fight? I could keep training him and try again every few levels but that would be very expensive in terms of potions and shields and take a LOAD of time...

As far as outstanding quests:

I have the barman quest. He said he left you the key. I assume that's the building to the left of the bar/casino where there are barrels in a grid blocking a key. I have NO idea what to do there. There is no way to know which barrels move and in which direction and I've sunk a lot of time into this one.

I have the apple farm quest. The apples fall WAY too fast to catch them so I slowed down the framerate to a point where I can actually catch each apple. But the task STILL fails! It seems that sometimes catching an apple will actually deplete lives. How is this one to be played?

I have no idea how to fish. The instructions from the guy at the lake are pretty vague. I see the bullseye and a timer. I've tried randomly mashing enter but I've yet to catch a fish. Is this an important part of the game? What is the objective here?

I've only completed 55% of the game so I am hoping that completing some of these quests will open new quests to play...

I'm stuck on what's probably the first puzzle...

I'm in the church doing the slider puzzle on the statue of Mary. I know that the chips in the stones on the puzzle correspond to the chips in the inscription under the crucifix, but I can't come up with any connection. For example, in the inscription, the E, U and S there is a chip so I thought I'd use those chipped letters but that kind of thinking doesn't carry across to the other rows, especially when some of them have cracks rather than chips, etc. I don't see any way to figure out what the goal is.

I have also noted that the blocks with the I II I on the lion mosaic is the same shape as the slider puzzle. I don't get that clue at all.

I got the pot from the crime scene and can't progress past that. I have the pot, paper cup, scissors, cards and cell phone. I can't call anyone on the phone. Nothing to do at work, home and the crime scene. I tried the old "everything on everything" and no progress

I don't know how to open the keypad. I don't know where to find the second half of the key. I don't know what to put in the slots under the lever in the cave. I don't know where to find a fuse

I've been playing for a while and finally hit a dead end. There are so many loose ends and I don't know what comes next.

Right now it looks like I need to get the book from the roof. That would require fixing the ladder. Using the piece of drainpipe doesn't work, so I probably need the truncheon. For that I probably need the test results from the doctor. To get that, I think I need to draw a picture of the monster to scare the doctor. For that I think I need to get into the mine to see the monster and possibly save the girl. However the rocks are blocking the mine. So I have to scare Bjorn to get the spell book. I THINK that I need to use the drainpipe and make him think that there's a demon but I don't know where the other end of the pipe is. It said that it's on a roof somewhere, which takes me back to needing to fix the ladder.

I will note that I have the hat and coat and feather dipped in coffee.

I don't know how to make Tom's Tonic. Looking at the note in the box:
- 1 part clear and russian well, that sounds like vodka but the only thing I have clear is the water so I'm guessing it means the water???
- 1 part creamy and sweet I guess the christmas eggnog is creamy? the chocolate liqueur sweet? so which is it???
- 1 part courage I guessed this means either the whiskey or the dutch lager.

So far none of my guesses helped me make the tonic. I also notice that each line is some words in another colour. I don't know if those correspond to anything to help solve this

I'm playing the last word game. I'm stuck at Kill Phil. I've looked at every poster in the game and spoke to everyone in the game again. I've visited every area again in case I missed a poster. I have no idea how to proceed. I have used the hints but they are not helping.

One hint is something like have you made a wrong turn? are you in danger of (something or other)? I assume this was a reference to one of the Highway Danger/Hazard posters but that doesn't help me get a poster starting with Phil. Another one is to look at the Oasis billboard outside Metcalfe. I looked at that repeatedly but don't know what that is supposed to help

in the bell room. I assume that the drum sequence is explained on the page of the journal with the pictures of the faces with lettered captions. I also assume that they are sequenced as indicated in the bottom right of that page. I assume that the goal is to go from the most dead looking character to the one who is alive. That would be: AA DE BE DC AA. However, that sequence doesn't work.

So, I must be wrong about the sequence and I guessed that maybe it's supposed to go from alive to dead rather than the other way, So, I reversed the sequence but that didn't work either.

I noted that the diagram on the bottom right has A below B and so on whereas the drums in the drum room have the farthest left higher than the one to its right. So I guessed that maybe it's upside down. That didn't work either.

I did use the sphere on the tube next to the corpse so I figure I must be finished with the corpse.

I can't get the guy out of the bar. Lantz tells me to go to the comic store and find something to make the bar smell bad. I've sniffed around the comic store but I'm stumped. The saddle smells bad, it seems. Maybe the sandwich? I don't know what to do here.

Edited to add that I've combined the newspaper with the rubber and I know I have to ignite it. I just need to make it smell worse.

I have gotten up to the roof. I am able to attack the fence which causes the gun to shoot (and sometimes jam, which I can release). The spaceship evades the bullet so I must be missing something.

There are three areas that I cannot solve and I'm at a standstill. The solutions may be related 1) The alien who needs his pants; 2) The "consoll" cloud in the same room (may be related); 3) The green dude who wants something but won't tell you what. I assume that the coloured goo mixing machine is related. I have the vegetables. I got the scrap from the glass machine and the one from the castle. I put the straw in the can with the tape

I am at the end of the tunnel. I seem to be stuck as it says that I can't face Tasan when I'm this anxious. I've taken all the anxiety pills (those never affected my anxiety level, so I'm not sure what they do) so that's not the solution.
