 So I was trying to use this module and when using the fakescreen I don't really understand what are the parameters I need to put... one int for objects another one for characters and the baseline? I don't really get it (the numbers I 'intuitively' try result in error) 
Please help! it's for the current MAGS so I'd need it soon

 When we play our videogames we don't always get to know all of our characters story, some of them start right away with their adventure and we are left wondering what they were or did before. UNTIL NOW

Uncover what was the past (better if embarrasing) of your favorite game character! Did he/she wear strange clothes? Was his/her job not as pleasant as you might think? Did he/she left a family/friends/partner behind? PUT IT IN A SPRITE

Will receives very bad news, and on the same day he contacts an "entity" who promises to give him just what he needs to overcome them.
Help Will to turn his life over while he still owns it, in this short lenght one-room-playable adventure game.

You arrive at the Library to study with your friends but, as basic needs arise you start wondering... will you be able? Are the things you can find within this small room useful enough to get your ass down and work a little bit? We'll see...

I started making a game in which i use sprites from a commercial game, first i thought that was fine (i found them here http://www.spriters-resource.com/) cause i've seen people using other's sprites and names in their own game, for example indiana jones games. So my question is: is this legal? do they ask for permission first? I thought that if the game was non-commercial, while not taking any benefit from it, there wouldn't be any problem, but after seeing this topic http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/yabb/index.php?topic=43399.0 i started doubting.
What do you think?

Hi everyone, i'm new so sorry if my questions seem stupid.
I want this: when the main char walks over a hotspot, a dialog is triggered and after it ends the character moves again. When i try to do so, the character moves first and then the dialog is on. how do i make it happen in the right order?
