I have gone through all the posts on the completed games announcements forum, but:

I can't get out of my own way in the first scene!  I have scissors, ant, blue gem, rock.  Tied rope to machinary, and keep throwing the rock at it, to lower the grate.  What am I missing???

I read in the completed games forum about a letter in a bottle, and a fishing rod, but I can't find them

the liana, the nitrate(?), the telescope, and have seen the hole in the altar, but don't know what to do w/ it?

Any idea how to get out of the cage?
I have lettuce, carrots, coin, metal bar, rubber duck, and opened can of monkey feed.  I've put the curtain in the cell up and down.  Can't pick up the fur in the cage.  Have talked to the snake.  Can't talk to the man standing outside the cages.

Has anyone started this game?  I can't seem to get out of the first screen by the church?

I couldn't find this answer in any other  posts..
At the fair, I have the glitter/gum ball, but can't seem to use it.
Have the lamp, stamped fairground pass, gym membership, knife, underwear, puke, magnet w/condom which I can't seem to use either.
Got rid of the rollercoaster man, the water gun man, and the clown.
Stuck at this  point, any ideas?

How do I get out of the room with the massive door and skeletons?

Has anyone "lost" the metal detector during the later part of the game?

 
Hey!
I have the note from the mayor, the rose, the chest, the lock pick, garbage picker, and chalk.
I know I have to find the king, and I know where the wine is to give to the guard.
I'm stuck at this point.  

I am inside the castle to speak to the Baron, but I can't get into any of the doors from the courtyard?  Any ideas?

Just started this game today, and yes, I'm stuck...
I have the sandwich book, blanket, cheese recipe, coffee grinder, milk pail, plant book, and have set up the stool.
I've talked to everyone about everything.
Been to the barn, house, cliff.
I know where the oregano is.  I think I know where the cucumbers are.
I can't seem to do anything else?
