I just finish reading the 1st book of Geralt De Rivia saga (the one from the Witcher games), also Im playing Planescape and I really like those types of history. Someone know any other book like that? Especially one with that Planescape feel. My 1st language is spanish so those are also welcome.

After hearing a lot about this game, I decided to give it a try. The beggining was amazing, that mortuary and reading all the interesting stuff the ppl there tell you was very fun, and got me waiting for knowing more about the Nameless One. But after going to the town, that exploration segment, and all the ppl saying the same got me bored. Is have nothing to do about the game being 2.5, it if was 3D it will be the same, I got the same feeling about Gothic and some other games, also have nothing to do with the graphics. I want to know, for ppl that have beaten the game. Its takes long to get between the parts of exploration and the actual  story? I really want give this game another change because I liked the story, but wandering around in this game just not do it for me.

I created this topic to talk about a game that really deserves some attention, is one of the HARDEST games ever, and the difficulty of the puzzles put any other game to shame. I'm talking about  La-Mulana (remake) and is available por PC and Wiiware. Does anyone have played the game yet?  If not, do yourself a favor if you are looking for a brain challenge.

For all those adventure horror fans, the teaser (demo) for the game from Sendscape, Asylum is available on their website. I'm not much into 1st person adventure games like Myst because they feel so empty and make me feel so lonely (its reminds me of my real life), but Sendcape 1st game Scratches really caught my attention and I like it. Probably I will download my ticket to the mental institute tomorrow.

One of my favorites games of all time is Snatcher, an adventure game for the Sega CD. Also, my favorites non-indie games of this gen are the Ace Attorneys series and 999. I wonder is there are any games like that in the AGS engine, or at least a work progress. I think in those type of games you can have more dialogue between the characters, and good character development.

There was so many great adventure/graphic novel games over the years. But there was always one company or developer that always give us the best. And for me it was Hideo Kojima from Konami. He only have done two adventure games (Snatcher for Sega CD and Policenauts for the japanese Playstation, but there is a translation avaible that you can patch in the game), but they where the best for me. Especially Snatcher, although he is more famous for his action game Metal Gear Solid,  he always tell an awesome history not mather the genre.

I'm looking for something psychological, like an horror or "look for a serial killer" type of game. Any game related or close to that will be nice. Thanks in advance.
