I hope you should say what to improve myself,the coloring,shading etc. But not the whole style !

I created an intro background,and saved it as a intro.crm
in AGS ,but when I test the game it starts  directly at Room 1 ???How can I make an intro screen,with New Game ,Load and Quit???

I`ll tell you the story of my first game,because I need some C&C and opinions
The story is about a man ,who wakes up in a castle jail in the past.
He was randomly chosen  by a wizard to save the king which is possesed by an evil demon.
Our hero finds a book,and understands that the wizard which chose him is death,and the only way to revive him is to find the book last page.
After the hero finds it ,the wizard will revive and then
he will destroy the demon and return our hero back to his time

This is my first character I ever made,and I want some critics,please.
This is the profile of the Character,because I lost the front

I have problem with the dialog and run script commands.
In my game I want to finish the dialog and then to move my  character to a new room,but when I use Run dialog,and then NewRoomEx, My character disappears immediately after the dialog starts
