How can I create a "life bar" or "HP" in a easy way? I also want to increase it with food. Thanks your answers!

Hi! , I have some problems with the "walkable areas". When I draw the walkable area, everything looks good! , but when I test the game, the walkable area is moved up 
. INFORMATION EXTRA: I'm using 1 walkable area. The game resolution is 800x600 like the background image. Could you tell me what is wrong?
