Is there any possible way so that I can make advance and a high quality user interface?

I want to change the whole style of it and also more options rather that quit and play.

Any help will be appreciated

I would like to develop interactive film and full motion video game. Just for understanding that what exactly I want to do, I give you examples.

Something like late shift https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8xyJ1Pk3yTM please jump to 6:22 so players can choose the story.
Another example is hardline https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=joVqOafscWA please jump to 7:22 so players can click on specific place and then continue of the film.

Is this possible in adventure game studio? If yes, please give me some information on how to do it.
