my game in development "flash gordon" at the moment just uses the basic roger charcter as flash, my question is how do i create my own character, i have read the tutorial on animations, but it does not say what size to make my character, and how to load it into my game, is there a progrm avalible for character design?

I have made an intro film for my game, and named it intro.mpg, i know the command to run this is "playvideo (intro.mpg,1,1): but my question is were do i put this command
