Yeah...So! I recently finished Days gone and that is the best damn game I've ever played. It had everything that I like in a game and after that I went on to play Red Dead 2, another fabulous game...but...Now, everything else just feels like crap. I fired up Witcher 3 because it's supposed to be such a great game but I get bored immediately. I guess I'm kind of sick of that most rpg's must be fantasy/medieval. Are there any games you can suggest? (I hate first person games unfortunately otherwise I'm sure there'd be quite a few games to play)

Hey! So i'm stuck with a GTX 780 and I want to upgrade. I mainly use my computer for 3d rendering but once in a while it's fun to play a game as well. I'm not looking to spend an insane amount of money but I want sonething better. What do you suggest? :-)

Hello my friends. When I try to access login.microsoftonline.com (Edge,chrome,Firefox) I get a "Can't reach this page" and there are obviously no spelling errors


On my phone I can access that page, no issues at all. Any idea why this is happening? I've tried lots of stuff but nothing helps :-/

Ok so I tried to change my graphics to make it look more like a painting....but...does it suck or is it cool? I'm leaning towards sucking but I'm not sure. And even if it looks cool, could it become annoying?

I've been a horror geek ever since I was a kid so nothing really gets to me anymore.....except....yep you guessed it. Found footage movies!!! Well made FF movies beats the crap out of every "normal" horror movie IMO. I was wondering if there's anyone else here who enjoys those kind of movies and maybe have some gems to recommend that I might have missed? I can highly recommend The fear footage trilogy (Those movies really had me on edge) Hell house was also a superb movie (Also a trilogy but the first one was without a doubt the best and creepiest one) SO...keep 'em coming folks

Recently I began working on a book, "100 * funny" (Just a stupid working title) it will feature my own jokes, strips and other funny stuff. So this is my very first strip and I know that the art is kinda crappy right now but it works as a place holder. Hope you find it funny! A friend of mine pointed out that this could also be considered a covid joke but I wrote this as a joke about nagging but I guess he has a point as well. There might be grammar errors but...what the hey!



And here are a few samples of my own written jokes.

A man and a woman are going on a blind date. The guy drives to her house to pick her up and walks up to the door and rings the doorbell. The woman opens the door with a surprise look on her face and not fully dressed yet and says "Oh you came early. I'm not done yet". The guy responds: "Wow! You’re so beautiful! I can't wait to hear you say that again with a lot more disappointment in your voice"

Why is getting fired a lot easier than marriage?
Answer: When you’re fired, at least you know what you did wrong

Customer: "Oh excuse me waiter?"
Waiter: "Yes sir? Is everything ok?"
Customer: "Well I was just wondering why there are no flies in m soup like usual?"
Waiter: "Excuse me sir? do you WANT flies in your soup? Why?"
Customer: "They bring me joy"
Waiter: "Uh? What? I'm sorry I don't follow. How can flies in one's soup possibly bring joy to anyone?"
Customer: "I just got laid off at work, my wife left me when I told her and the bank is about to repossess my house. When I look at the soup I know there's at least someone whose day was worse than mine"

Of course there might already be similar jokes out there but I came up with these on my own

So a few years ago I began working on a game called Earth:Anarchy but eventually gave it up because I realised I had done some stuff in a very bad way and it would take too much time to redo everything so I have recently started a new version with real time battles instead of turn based. This is just a short video but what are your first thoughts? is it "Man this is probably gonna suck" or "Hey this could be cool"?

Hey guys!

So i just installed a 3d scanner app on my phone. Here's my first attempt and I know it looks quite awful but I think it has potential. Does anyone have any tips to share when it comes to scanning with your phone? When you rotate around the object it's impossible to hold the phone steady and I suspect that has a serious impact on the scanning quality. Should I get some kind of a turning platter or something to make the object rotate while I stand still?
I'll be thankful for any tips you've got!

Hey! So, I can't keep count anymore on how many projects I've abandoned and that really sucks. I'd like to at least release ONE more game. I don't want to be remembered as the guy who only made Jimmy the troublemaker...a game that also kind of sucked (But it was my first so...it could be worse I guess) I've tried 3 times to do a sequel but just gave it up eventually. I know I tend to take on projects that are tough for only one person but that's the kind of games I want to do, rpg's and junk I'm having a second go now at my post apoalyptic game "Earth:Anarchy" So far so good and I hope I can finally get this done. A few tips I've picked up on the way

* Complete the game from A-B and add all the side quests and extra stuff afterwards
* Make the hardest parts first so that you don't encounter something later on that you can't figure out (Well help is usually available but still)

So what are your best tips to keep it up when inspiration starts to disappear? :-)

Hey! I've been playing around with 3d lately and before doing something "stupid" I thought I should ask someone who knows about these things. When you create a forest for example with a gazillion objects, how to do it? I can't imagine that you place one model at a time and then maybe by 2024 you have a complete forest. Should  i keep like 20 trees in one model file and then clone them or is that bad practice?

Hey! I was just wondering if anyone else suffers from this terrible disorder? Thankfully it doesn't happen often but last night was my worst episode ever. People who suffers from this can have a little different experiences. For me it's like this: a loud ringing starts in my head, it feels like my brain gets squashed almost, a strong feeling of fear, shaking. Nightmar-ish images invades my head like a tornado. Melting, twisted demonic faces etc. Last night i also got kind of paralyzed...i couldn't open my eyes no matter how hard I tried.
Not a pleasant thing at all If anyone have experience with this I'd love to know how you deal with it :-)

I've been thinking about this for a while and maybe someone have the answer. Sometimes when I work on something, drawing or modeling, I sometimes accidentally click the right mouse button while holding the left mouse button down. Quite often, I can't undo a change that I might have done when that happens. Stuff that i drew before is restored but not what i did while accidentally clicking the right mouse button.  Does anyone know why it's like that? This happens in different software, so it's not limited to just one program

Hope you all have a great christmas I went to Poland with my wife to spend a few weeks with her awesome grandma. She just feeds us all the time and knows more or less only one thing to say in swedish and that's "Eat, eat a lot" that's so great. Everything in this lovely country is too delicious. I'm not the one to give up without trying the best I can for a long time but now I'd really like some help from someone. I drew this spruce and after more than a week I still find it hard to make it look top down-ish. I feel like I'm close but not quite there yet. I guess it"s all about the correct shading. PLEEEAAAASE help a guy out Paintovers are more than welcome because I'm about to give up at this point.



Here is another tree I drew and I'm quite satisfied with that and I'm showing you this so that the styles will match if anyone will attempt a paintover of the spruce. Like I said, I've really tried and given this a lot of time so it's not about me being lazy. I would never ask if I didn't need help. Thanks in advance :-)

Hey! I know, win 7 is about to be put to sleep soon but for a long time now, i always get "failed" on almost every update. Usually with an error code windows has no info about (can't remember now which code though) I have a legitimate windows 7 and i just have no idea why all important updates are failing so finally I decided to ask here. I use avast antivirus if that is important. Some updates are sometimes succesful but most of them fails so i have no idea what's going on here. Corrupted system/registry files or something?

Hello my friends, looking for some help here. First a background story. After working as a salesman for an ice-cream company for a little less than 2 years, I was recomended by the previous boss to apply for his job because he wanted to change jobs after being there for 6 years. I felt honored of course that I got the chance to be promoted after that short time. I applied, and got it

This job requires a lot from me. From being a janitor to train my employees about sales techniques (I had no prior experience in sales before that ice cream job but I have a lot of experience with social work),administration,make sure the cars are safe to use in trafic, order all the ice cream, big freezer work etc. I'd say this job is as close as you can get to having your own company, but I have a boss too and he takes care of the major parts about running a company.

Anyway, the job is quite stressful,especially during summertime. Last week the storm hit me hard. The freezer was about to go out on me so top priority was to make sure it didn't break down completely. At the same time I had problems with some of the terminals we use when selling. I was in telephone for hours for a few days just to get the damn thing to work. In the middle of all that I also accidentally broke my finger and spent hours in the hospital, got a cast on and got home around 2 am that night. Next day, back to work still stressed about the freezer, stressed about the terminals but now also with pain, rendering me handicapped so my employees had to load up the ice cream themselves in their cars. Hospital called me a few days later and told me I needed surgery. Went to the hospital on friday at 7am, didn't sleep all night and of course they sent me home because they had patients in more need of surgery. I had to return the next morning. So instead I went to work, deadly tired. I returned on saturday and got the surgery. Sunday resting but feeling bad. Monday back to work

My employees had to be responisble for their own loads. And on the last drive of the week they must do an inventory check of their truck
I had to spend 4 days to correct all errors they made while filling out their list with the products they stocked. The sales amount of a lot of products didn't match what they wrote on the inventory so I had to spend hours to check each employee and correct what they took from the freezer, what they sold and what their inventory said, and still there was a crapload of other stuff I had to do

Now I feel dizzy just speaking a single word, sounds I'm not ready for scare the hell out of me and just writing this starts stressing me out to the point that I'm about to pass out. It feels like needles are being put all over my body, mostly in my legs though,heart rate go up and down, suddenly I feel extremely warm and I constantly have that feeling you get in your gut/chest when you're extremely nervous about something etc. Just too much stress or what do you think? I know I should lay down now probably, but that makes you think and feel even more so I thought maybe some game making could make me focus on something else but it's not easy to ignore these feelings :-(

Hey! So I was thinking about becoming a seller at CGtrader. I'm not a professional modeler at all but I thought that maybe I could earn a few extra bucks if I'm lucky.
