This suppose to be a spooky room inside a haunted house. It isn't done yet but I just want to know if I'm going the right way with this before I'll add more detail. I'm still stuck with the perspective, I don't get how yo all do it with that vanishing point and stuff. Anyway tell me what you think of it , plz. 

I'm having some problems with my own made GUI. I made it and saved it so I could use it later. Well now I need it so I imported it in the editor.

This is how it looks in the editor:


All happy with my new own made GUI I start the game to see if it actually works like it should. Well it works alright but the looks have changed dramaticly.

Can anyone please tell me what to do about it and what happened?? so I can prevend this in the future...

Ok this suppose to be the front of some ghost mansion. Your friends are lost in it and you try to find them. Unfortunately the front door is locked.

I think I know what you're going to say:

- There's no good detail

- Too much textured stuff used

- No light

- Wrong prespective

- Etc.

So there's enough that can be better on this BG... so please help me.

Well, some people say writing about your problems will help you feel much better. So I though: lets write about all the trouble I have with spyware on my pc. I thought this would be the right forum to do it since everyone here is nice and understanding and I shouldn't forget smart. Ok enough bla bla bla , here's a list of whats wrong with my pc at the moment.


- When I'm surfing on the web, about every 30 sec the url changes to some preverded incest porn site (yuk).

- My desktop background is turned in to a spyware error message and I can't change it.

- Every 5 sec windows pops up a message saying my computer is infected with spyware.

- My spyware remover deleted windows files so every time I start up the pc I get errors.

- The same program also deleted program files so it's always the question if a program will work.

- Because of the same reason I lost most of my saved games and stuff.

- Because spyware is loading constantly my pc goes all slow and some times just crashes.


hmmm the people who say this helps are right I geus, I feel a bit better now.

OK, Like some people on this forum my know, I'm a big fan of: "Stephen King's IT". Ever since I found out about AGS I wanted to make an 2d Adventure game about IT. But lately I was thinking: "Hey then I would need like 16 player chars+it will be an awfull lot of work...". So I was wondering:

- Is 16 player characters even possible or isn't there any limit??

- If I ever going to make this it will be one of the biggest AGS made adventures (atleast i think so). So will anyone help 
  me create it??

true .... but...

some how the functions i found in older topics wont work... if i use them it gives errors.
so can someone give me the whole function to chnage the cursor in a pointer only??

ecept from the anoing music shadowgate is a really nice game...
only one problem: with this game you could get stuck in every corner,

anyway where can i download ready to use characters?? not some images of charaters...
I know there is link to a site where you can download charatars but the seems to lead you to pages not found area... could some1 give me a link to a site that has these things and does work??
