I'm starting to work on my first reall project ( with story and overal design, and I'm going to finish this ) but i have this huge problem, i don't know wich style to use for the art, i know it's going to be anime like cause there are going to be cut scenes and "movies" in this style so, please help chose between theese two :

I changed a few things in the character

I have another question now, whaaaa I can't really decide wich kind of "shading" i should use, in the first one i used the "border line" color to create the darker shadows, while in the second one i only used two tones for coloring and the 3rd color for borders, this one looks more cartoony but don't know wich one to chose. Any suggestions?

Hey! everyone! i'm working on this sprite right here, and i don't really get what's wrong i notice that something odd, could be the proportions or shading don't know, and i'm pretty tired and stressed right now so please could you help me out ANY suggestions are welcome, THANKS!!!

It's suposed to be a 14 year old girl and she's wearing a somewhat large coat, she's suposed to be shy and therefore the pose !!! well thanks!!!

as you can notice it's anime style (therefore the kinda large head )

HEY! is there a way to display the wait cursor, in "display" text too? just like in speech?

I DISCOVERED the real problem, is there a way to make the "display" non blocking? like speech   speech lets animation still happen in background while display doesn't!!!HELP!

hey there! i'm not that noob at scripting, but i really don't know if there's a way to make the game pause during "display" text, i know it pauses during speech, but with display i still can interact with some guis for example! please help!
I cheked the prob ones again, and it is with the gui containing the label thats shows over hotspots, how can I get it tu turn of (visible =false) whenever a display text is displayed, without having to do it everytime i call display text.

In the manual it says, that display is also a blocking function...is there a way so that display also changes the mouse to the "waiting" cursor. waaa i can't solve it

after analysing carefully, i've noticed that it DOES block everything but the "overhotspot" function.
when speech is displayed even if a put my cursor over a hotspot nothing apears (thats great)
but when the display text is runing and while it's runing i put my cursor over a hotspot, the gui with it shows the word but not following my mouse (cause it's blocking the script) what can i do so that in every type of text my cursor changes to "waiting" and the "overhotspot" label keeps "off"

Sorry i kinda "solved" it on my own, it was displaying the guis character real name don't know why so i just removed his name and nothing more appeard !!! bye

it's been a very long time (like 3 years) since i haven't post anything here well, i started a new game that i hopefully will finish in this year! I would like some sugestions and critics about the main character of this game, Style, if theres something wrong...anything haha well thanks !!!

this time i'm working on my first real room, with real i mean it isn't just a test, i really wan't this room to be great so the rooms that come next are great too!!!

It's suposed to be the main characters room in a kind of academy, you may say it's kinda big for a academy room but the size is part of the (suposed age in which the game takes place)
the room isn't finished there are some things that need to be colored but I wan't you to help with the shading, the style ( it's suposed to be NOT a cartoon style)I wan't it to be realistic!and if you want you could sugest what objects could be in the room (note the room is suposed to be nice and clean not with stuff lying around)
