What is a Photoshop ... bi weekly?

Photoshopping isn't drawing a completely new image -- It's editing images to create a new image, such as editing one image or combining several images. The contest usually lasts for a fortnight. Also, you don't have to specifically use Photoshop -- Paint Shop Pro, MSPaint, or any other programs can be used. Please make sure your image doesn't exceed the width of the screen. This competition is also known as the Photoshop bi-weekly meaning two weeks long. hopefully boosting it back to full length will encourage more entries.

This weeks Topic: Weekly World News

I often find myself laughing at this supermarket tabloid. Alot of times the pictures within are very poorly edited and the stories are insane. http://www.weeklyworldnews.com/features/politics/61724


So here are the rules

The photo must represent some sort of crazy news story.

The photo must be in Greyscale.

A fake news story is not required but wouldn't hurt.

An image is supplied, and entrants color. A general theme is given, but it is optional. The winner hosts the next AGS Coloring Ball.
