I was just wondering, even though its kind of a stuiped question, does MSPaint mean microsoft Paint and if so is that the paint program that comes free with all microsoft computers?

i drew a character on PAINT but he is to big for my game.
Is there any paint programs out that will let me make him smaller without loseing detail or is there any way of making him smaller

ags was working fine for ages but then i went to save it and a pop-up came up and said there was a mistake on line 78 of the scripting and i don't know whats wrong
Heres the line: invCustomInv.ScrollUp();
Could someone plese tell me whats wrong with it.
