Hi,

I usually work in Flash but am interested in making a game with AGS. I see from the AGS 3.1 features list that AGS supports cutscenes using "OGG Theora or standard Windows files such as AVI and WMV."

The problem I'm having is that I've created an opening movie cutscene in Flash (SWF format, specifically) and the AVI export is seemingly impossible for me. I do have a PC, but I don't have any good compressors for this format. The only way I could get a good AVI of this movie would be at about 50 GB! Which I assume is too large for the game.

So, my question: Are OGG Theora, AVI, and WMV the only supported file types for a cut scene, or could I use, for example, a MOV file which seems to compress much better for me?

Thanks! And I hope this wasn't a horrinly stupid first question.
