I'm stuck (so early, I know it's lame!).  I have the spaghetti and the doll, and am not sure what to do next--I feel like I'm supposed to visit City Hall but I can't find it!  I've explored all the reaches of Reality and all the buildings, but am coming up empty.  Please help!
