I'm in the room with the worker, the policeman and the dead body.  I want to leave to go to the town but I'm not allowed to leave because the worker has some more information I apparently need.

Dave Gilbert's previous games, the Blackwell series, are very adult and very emotionally intense.  Unavowed is no different in that respect.  Not every adventure game is pretty and lightweight - most aren't.  People looking to play an adventure game should keep this in mind.

I've played the game through three times.  This is what you need to keep in mind.

Fordham will have numerous opportunities to identify the alleged criminal but many of them are premature.  It pays to delay actually naming someone until you explore all possible avenues, which will become apparent as you continue to play the game.  If you do ID the wrong person it will negatively affect your ability to proceed in subsequent cases.

Bought the game and played it for an hour.  Excellent graphics, interesting story.  A very solid game - what you'd expect from Francisco Gonzalez.

So, as you may or may not have heard, Lamplight City won't be published by Wadjet Eye.

I hope to be able to make an announcement about the game's future within the next couple of weeks, but details are still being ironed out.

Not great news.  Please don't give up on this wonderful project.

Everything Shaun does is interesting.  I'm looking forward to this new project!

The setting is a combination of the familiar and not-familiar, which I find very interesting.  I felt that way about Shardlight too (a terrific game, by the way).  I'm greatly looking forward to the release!

I have 670 tickets and I need that boat.  I already have used the star.  I've already been under the water and encountered the shark.  The prize lady won't talk to me.  When I point to the boat in the display case I get a description of the boat but can't buy it.  It looks like I won't be able to finish the game - a shame.

I'm trying to get the ocean elemental but I can't get past the shark.  The walkthrough says go to the carnival and get 600 tickets to buy the speedboat.  I have over 600 tickets but the prize lady won't talk to me!
