Ok, I'm also a fan of parser interfaces so I'll go with that

When you say the original/EGA version are you referring to this?

When I think EGA, I think KQ1 original/KQ2 graphics, which had a different style. That looks more like the KQ1 SCI Sierra remake, but I'm probably wrong on the terms.

I've always been a fan of Sierra's King's Quest and Space Quest series, but for some reason I never played the Quest for Glory series. Well, that's about to change. There seem to be 2 versions of the game (SCI, VGA) although for some reason I have a memory of an EGA version a friend played years ago, but I could be mistaken. Anyway, which version should I play?

Thanks, I'll be sure to try those. I've seen some of those games and discriminated against them based on the screenshot (the graphics don't look "serious") but they're probably games I would enjoy nonetheless.

Also, Quest for Infamy hasn't been released yet, correct? If you're talking about the Infamous Adventures one I read the other day that it's probably a dead project...

Don't ask me why, but for some reason I prefer the fantasy genre of adventure games to others. Maybe because I grew up playing King's Quest.

Anyway, there are four AGS fantasy games I have played: the AGD Interactive remakes (3) and A Tale of Two Kingdoms. All of those were excellent. I'm wondering if there are some other great ones? Most of the AGS games seem to be sci-fi/horror/modern-day/humorous with fantasy in the minority. Not to say that many of them aren't great! It's just that I am in the mood for playing a fantasy adventure game.
