Slasher: Thanks man. I'm still fighting.

Durq: The game is not far from completion. I don't know if I can even release it now without trouble.

CrashPL: Thanks! I'd be honored when you do :)

MiteWiseacreLives!: Thanks! I can't wait to hear your opinion after playing!

shaun: Do you really think I'd give up easily?

Jojo_the_monkey: I will always provide updates.

Haggis: Thanks. I am focusing on Tardigrades, sometimes the legal part takes place as well  ;)

Well, I am still fighting. I filed an appeal and my dear friend Gary Buechler (Nerdrotic) helped me set up a go fund me campaign. I am planning to expand my defense team with more legal consultation and computer networking experts. What happened so far is not denying similarities, actually it was the other way around. But I was stripped from my rights to copyright my own ideas so the case was dismissed. This is serious and means non of us as indie game developers have rights to our own games even when a copyright is registered.

Please feel free to share the link to the fund me page, and please contact me if you have any concern regarding protecting your work.

I just returned from visiting dad from the cemetery, I got the news that the judge ruled against me. I would like to thank everyone who supported me. I don't have enough words to describe my gratitude to everyone who believed in me and my case. I cannot thank my lawyers enough for believing in me and fighting for me. I respect the ruling and I expect everyone to do so. I'm not sure what happens to my project now, or my independent-game development career in general.

Is it the hand part from one of those pathetic pillows that has arms and simulates giving you a hug at night? I think I remember these having fifteen minutes of fame among unmarried people in Japan.

Lol I know what you're talking about. But I'm afraid it's not :)

No. It has nothing to do with the mouth. But it is used on a part of the body.

Is it for scratching mosquito bites when you don't want to use your own dirty fingernails and risk infection?

So close.

Or is it for cementing to the outside of a brick wall to prank people into thinking someone is trapped in the wall?

Lol I wish this was correct!

Or is it for attaching to a robotic arm that repeatedly goes up and down playing one chord over and over again on a piano?

Nah those fingers can't spread much.
