I might've misunderstood a comment made by a character in a previous installment, as I ended up incorrectly assuming that Alice had some kind of important role to play involving a 'twist' e.g. not being quite 'human', having sinister ulterior motives, etc.. Oh well. I still appreciate the sweet ending with Ben, Alice and Ben Jr!

Thanks! But unfortunately -- I still don't have the key in my inventory even after replaying the Alice crypt sequence and talking to Percy at the hotel. Maybe I haven't met another specific condition?

Have you examined every carving on the tree outside the butcher shop? Have you asked the records keeper about the initials after examining the carvings? Have you examined every grave in the cemetery?
