Hey guys...

Yes, It was mostly too long, and about nothing, but that was the point.

HOWEVER, I have just launched the first episode of MaiSacNjo Mouf Radio.
(Yes, this one is actually an "Internet Radio" show...)

If you are a PodCast listener:
http://www.basstech.net/podcast/mp3/rss.xml

If your not:
http://www.basstech.net/podcast/mp3/episode_1.mp3

Please let me know what you think, oh, and be sure you listen to the commercial, this is a product that
I came up with a few years ago, and still can't believe doesn't exist yet...

Just trust me...

P.S.  Don't worry, this is NOT scripted...  It has the "Live" feel to it.

Thanks!

lol thanks!

Although, if you really think you could enjoy my strange humor, I have "The Adventures of Branden & Branden"  I recorded them almost a year ago, but just found a place for them... "Internet Radio"

I'm kinda scared to post the link for two reasons:
1) You would have to REALLY enjoy my humor to like them.  I get kinda weird...
2) My goal was not to use this forum to gain listeners to my skits, it was just to post opinions about "PodCasting" in general.

At the risk of being hated, I'm gonna post the link, but if anyone has a problem with it, I'll remove immediately.

Don't hate me, I told you I was weird!

Yeah, lol that's me....

I think the idea is cool, there's just too much hype over something that not THAT big of a deal...

Wow, you have Phantasmagoria!?Ã,  I havn't seen that in years!

By the way, if you like that game, you should check out "Harvester"
http://www.gamespot.com/pc/adventure/harvester/

It's the same style, I just dug it out and played it again a couple of weeks ago...

I use www.shieldhost.com

No banners or pop-ups will be forced to appear on your site.
Disk Space 400 MB
Transfer Space 10 GB per month

And that's just $1.99 a month..
They are very cheap and very good.

For a domain name I use www.cheapdomainname.com or of course www.godaddy.com

Hope that helps...

Yeah, hi...

I'm Branden aka MaiSacNjo Mouf
Yes that is a reference to t-bagging.. If you don't know what that is, look it up somewhere else, or send me a message.. I will not discuss it on the boards, as I'm sure it would not be appreciated...

I'm in a band, well, my uncle and I make music I should say.. if you care check out www.myspace.com/dunkthemonkeyÃ,

More importantly, I'm new to AGS.Ã,  So far I love it, and am learning more every day.
My last job I was a FoxPro (Microsoft Visual FoxPro) programmer.Ã,  Ã, If you know what FoxPro is good for you!Ã,
Not many people seem to have heard of it.. I got into alittle vb.net, and like i said, i'm loving AGS.

One of these days, I'll make a game to share, until then I'll just keep watching the boards and try not to piss people off....

Thanks Gilbot!

I knew it, I knew I would feel stupid when I found out what it was!

This seems simple enough, and I've been searching the forums for hours looking for an answer, so now I'm posting...
I really hope this isn't posted somewhere else, if so, i'm really really sorry i didn't find it.

I'm just trying to determine if an object is visible...

function object1_a() {
  // script for Object 1: Interact object
if (oFire.visible == true) {
FireRemoveObject(0);
}
else{
  FireAddObject(0,10,11);
oFire.Visible = true;
}
}

I'm actually using the fire plugin, and I have an object setting over/behind it (firewood)
This code is in the Interact object of the firewood, so that if the fire is burning, interacting the wood will put it out, and if it's not, interacting the wood will start the fire.  I will make it more elaborate later (use matches/water) but anyway, when I compile I get:
'visible' is not a public member of 'Object'

I can figure out the rest, just need to know how to test if oFire is visible or not.
Seems really simple, I must be overlooking something, and I know I'm going to feel really stupid when I find the answer...

Thanks for any help!

Hey guys,

I saw that someone mentioned earlier about posting a demo using this plugin.
I however havn't noticed that anyone has done so.
If I missed it, and you have, I am very sorry for wasting your time...
I made one..  (I'm really new at AGS, and horrible at graphics so laugh all you want at my art work!)
Here is a screen shot:

The demo can be downloaded here http://www.basstech.net/FireDemo.zip

I hope this helps..

By the way Steve, great plug in!  Thanks!
