as I recall, the gold coin is in the pile of stones.  Once you've thrown a stone in the hole and used two (?) on the lake, you should be able to find it.

If you're playing in a window, you probably can't see the way into the next room.  Go down and "walk" along the bottom of the screen until you find it.

I suppose, you both saw the sacrifice and got into the library? From the death monk, you get the third shroud and from his pockets a note. The note is the pointer to three books in the library: section and number. Read the big book in the library that is on the counter (you can't take it). Section D is easy to find, J is at the back, but you have to move a ladder first and climb it. The hand icon and "exit" works with this section. The T section is just in front, the lower left shelf. Read the book titles. More hints?

You have to find a note with letters and numbers on it. You will for sure know, what they are good for when you use the "look" icon in the library. Read their titles attentively. Another clue that will help you with the globe puzzle.
