I'm also interesting in joining up. Poc301 doesn't have much time, but has also agree to help program a game for me. Thanks!

I want to enter too unless I'm too late!

my email is nloprinzi AT casinternet DOT net

I put your entry in the hat, but I'm afraid you weren't one of the winners - sorry!

All codes have been emailed out now, if you are one of the winners (check here) then you should have your email already; please PM me here if you have any problems.

If you didn't win... apparently DG sometimes gives out codes on his Twitter feed, so you could try that.  (Dave, if this is wrong let me know - your PR told me!)

Thanks to all who entered, congratulations to those who won, commiserations to those who didn't.   (Insert and ignore platitude such as "to me, you're ALL winners!")

Hey, thanks for letting me try! It's all good :)

Hey this is great! Maybe for the ensign you could have Wesley Crusher, or Miles O Brian. If this takes place later you could probably have Ro Laren.

For a story if you do anything that includes Q, you can do just about anything random you want.

Let me know what you need help on, I'd love to help with anything! Maybe even voices?

I want to also thank everyone for the kind words about the game.

Cogliostro, thank you for noticing all the different people. We did indeed intend for them to all talk and move differently. I had asked Bill that since all the characters were so unique if he minded that I did different walks and movements for them. We were both pleased with the outcome. I was pleased how Maury and the other characters turned out. Gary is my one favorite characters too. I will definately work harder on the graphics next time, to make them better, this was a learning experience for me.

tzachs, thank you for goat parking us! I had fun drawing the goat's face, Bill did the awesome sprite for us, plus gave them all the magic powers!

Thank you Shadow1000 for all the nice comments, I love little details too.

Last I want to thank Bill for being a great guy to work with. He is always encouraging and helpful. Our ideas really meshed together and I had a lot of fun. Thanks for putting some of my ideas in the game!

We're getting started on Murran 4 already, Bill's got some great stuff done already. Well, I don't want to spoil anything. So, thanks again everybody for the thumbs up :)

Yay! Woohoo! Great job!

I really like this program. Steve McCrea's version really helps to fix some of the walk cycles. I had one error though, you can edit the front view on Steve's but can't save the xml without getting an error. If anyone knows how to do this let me know.

I also like to use SSH's 320x240 version at 640x480 because it adds some extra space in between everything and I can use larger sprites in there.

Please continue this program guys, its a nice simple program that's easy to use.

Hey I thought I'd check in to tell everyone that this game is awesome! I'm glad to be a part of it. The story and development of the characters is really phenomenal. I've really learned a lot about the mythos behind the story - just from playing through the game.

And sorry I'm taking so long with the character graphics -- just want to make sure they're worthy of a great game like this.

Oh, one last thing. Downfall has taken Russia by storm and has now sold nearly 10.000 copies over there! :)

Does this mean you've made $100,000 in Russia alone? Wow!

Thanks, I didn't notice that earlier post about that. ;D

Good game, I managed to beat it.

Worked nicely for me, I noticed one typo towards the beginning.

Different music in every room, nice beats and Easter eggs. :) Not sure how you made the songs, sounds like you blended two different rhythms together. Good job.

I'm sorry to have to report this, after I fought the Womprat at Tatooine, I leveled up and put a point in defense. The game crashed and gave me this error.

I like this new uniform way of making the sprites. A few years ago I made some of them in Poser and tried to make some backgrounds in a 3d drawing program, but after a computer crash, I lost most of them. I'd like to try animating Davy, he was my favorite character. After that, I'd like to try animating Max.

Is it just a coincidence that you look exactly like the main character? (Or at your avatar does)

I get this a lot.. It definitely wasn't intentional, but maybe subconcious?

Yes, I believe we put a little of ourselves in everything we do. Supposedly Michelangelo, Leonardo and others have unintentional self portraits in some of their works.  Just don't go casting spells on us. :)

ola_66 - Great game, a little dark and hard to see, but that adds to the atmosphere! Is it just a coincidence that you look exactly like the main character? (Or at your avatar does)

The punchline is this:

Spoiler
"And the arrogant man knew the name of the King." In Trilby's notes, whenever someone died, they "knew the name of the King". The arrogant man, or the tall man was the main bad guy in Trilby's notes, and now he has been usurped by the new baddie. So the pun is that the bad guy got his. I guess you really had to play the other games to get the point.

Try to catch the butterflies quickly to get across. Hopefully the match will follow and impact with something it can light. Then go as far east as you can and find something frogs like to sit on to go across.

I've already been up the mountain and found the ball from lilac's help. Just stuck where Carl is trying to get the Woody match to work so I can get a club for my ball.
