Thanks ildu...looking at it now i totally agree with you that it lost what made it look good in the first place.

I wont be able to work on it again until the weekend so ill repost then and a short demo of the character in the room.

added a few highlights to bring the couch and table forward so that they don't look so flat.

put in a record player against the wall and added some lights....also fixed the corridor that will lead to the bedroom (i know it looked like a door but it wasnt  )




btw those are some incredible artwork and illustrations you have on your site Igor  :o. there's alot of character in your work...looks amazing!

haha yeah i did a multiply with a orange/brown layer over it all zabnat....didnt think it was that obvious, you probably spotted the noise overlay as well

thanks ildu, the painting does look a bit out of place and draw too much attention with the contrast of its saturated colour against the rest of the piece....same with the character too.

I'll end up re-doing the character later on tis a bit lopsided hunchback style.

I'll get busy working on adding maybe a table or old school record player against the wall and some stuff other objects
