I've searched the desk and the drawers but where is the USB thingy?

So... where IS the USB thingy?  I've done everythin else and the 3 drawers in the desk are open (secret mechanism) but no USB thingy. What else do I have to do/find to end this game?  Thanks for any help!

In "Death on the Nile" in the Bar you are supposed to put 3 ducks "in a row".  I've found the ducks... what does "in a row" mean?  What exactly must I do?

I'm stuck - I'm in hospital room and have knocked out the nurse with vase. I have fruit in bowl, flowers in vase and nurses clothes (that say something is missing).  What do I do now?  Nothing I try seems to work.
