But isn't the incentive currently to ensure you name your game Acme so that you're on the first two pages i.e. the ones which I bet are highly more likely to score downloads.

If the rating system isn't considered to be worth a damn, why have it? Why encourage people to come back and rate games?

AGS has a voting system and requests that you come back and vote, yet I cannot see a way to sort any of the categories by rating. Surely that defeats the point of the rating system and makes downloads more likely to be driven by awards and whether the title starts with an A?

Have I missed a sort somewhere?
