Oh, thanks. I found a preview on youtube, and although I like the thought of the minimalistic noise and improvised riffs, I don't feel the magic of his last four albums. But Ooh yeah yeah ist just too good a song, so I thing I'll get the album.

As for removing the voting period:  good decision.

One month ago there were rumors that would be another Blur album. Now Damon Albarn said that Blur won't exist anymore after the concert in London this year. And I thought it really (really really) could happen again.

Now I'm seeing it everywhere I look - my favorite album. Yesterday amazon recomended it to me - ain't it cynical?

Well, now you're seeing it too, just less pretty, because I suck at pixelart.

I also vote for the molotov-triptych by Darius (though I liked Civilisation more).

Congrats on finishing this in only a month. Very addicting, I didn´t sleep too much last night (you can´t conquer the world by day ).
And cheerio to the bass-driven soundtrack!

As the forums were down from friday until today, Cleanic and I didn´t have any contact. I sent him the last pieces of music now, besides that the game should be finished.

So Cleanic, load it up!

Edit: Well, I now see that Cleanic wrote me he´d be away on a trip. So as I don´t know when he´ll come back, I´ll just post the last Version he sent me, just so the deadline is kept.

Wow, I think it was about last week, when I suddenly wondered, how this game was called and what became of it. Didn´t have much time to look into this forum this year. So I´m glad that I accidently took a look and found this today. Downloading.

Sorry, I can be at home in 30 minutes or so. Probably next week.

A very nice background. I´d add a further layer of sand in the back, so you see you re really in a desert.
Just a view pixels. I did a paintover, but imageshack doesn´t like me today.

Hey, this is getting better and better. And yes, it is hard, but even at a framerate of 13fps (Centrino 1,4Ghz, 768MB, WinXP) it´s possible. Great concept and idea, can´t wait for the final version.

Hey, very nice entries. I liked Shivermesideways´s entry because it has the right feeling for a fun-fighting scene. Certainly Terrence Hill would also be in it.

Wyz did a great tune capturing the tension close before the fight starts. That´s the point where Bud Spencer shows his talent as an actor ... or whatever. Awesome riff.

My vote goes to Wyz, I still have the riff in my ears.
