General Discussion / Re:Yufster HATE Thread.

Quote...but rather the voicing of a painful understanding of a fact I've for a long time suspected was true: this is not the company I wish for myself.

Unfortuantly, I believe this is the case for a few others around here. And I think we've reached a point where enough is enough for some people.

CJ, you may relieve my post of moderator and hand it to someone else.

Bad Boys II?

Surely that's a joke. It's a joke isn't it?

Fizz, your 'perfect movie' would be the best damn thing ever! Hooray for Chris Cunningham.

I really do think it's sad that it's come to this. Not that I disagree with the rules... perhaps i'll start visiting #ags again if this helps to cut down on the utter dirge that's in there... but it shouldn't be necessary. Neither should having the gen-gen patrolled by moderators be necessary. But what once was a little haven in the surrounding awfulness of the internet is slowly sinking like the titanic. 'Tis a sad story.

:o

I think everything I have to say about it has been said by everyone else. Lovely jubbly! I can see why this has taken you ages to do :)

I think the general solution to this problem has been to do a complete reformat and re-install of Windows. Either that or send your card back to get a non-faulty one :)
#508
Well, this sure didn't get out of hand.

As a mitteneer, I feel it is my duty, nay purpose in life, to grant useage of my likeness in whatever humiliating ways you can imagine.

That's sort of like trying to learn Shaolin Kung Fu by watching Jackie Chan films.

Yegads, i'm going to be buzy over the next 21 days aren't I? :)

Have muchos sunny fun while you're there, by the way.

Trap, you're really restricting yourself as a musician by refusing to have anything to do with 'theory'.
And Sluggo, I urge you to expand your horizons. It confuzzles me how someone that is so passionate about music can shun everything that isn't 'classical'. There is so much out there that can touch your soul in many different ways. Experiment, borrow stuff from the Library, and most importantly listen to anything by Boards Of Canada.
#513
Or you can use the tint region stuff in the new version.

This is an appeal to everyone that is posting on the sharpmail forums: PLEASE PLEASE STOP. YOUR HUMOURLESS 'FLAME' ATTEMPTS ARE EMBARRASING AND ARE MAKING US ALL LOOK LIKE BRAINLESS MORONS. REFRAIN FROM POSTING ON THEIR FORUMS. IT IS NOT FUNNY.

* Added MIDI controller event support, so that MIDI commands such as sustain will now work.

I guess if your midi file has reverb enabled, AGS will now not-ignore it.
#516
Hehe, i wasn't there at the time either, but I get it. It was probably the first thing I encountered when I first posted on the boards. There's only one whacked out intelligence that could produce structure's of words like this (I don't think sentance applies here)
#517
Clean up time. Mystery solved. Yadda yadda.

QuoteSo, it's pretty obvious now that whoever is behind this little scam is a complete retard under the impression that they're being really clever and cunning with what they're doing.

Oh for a ban-ip button.

Y'know that 'report to moderator' button down there? Well, it's hooked up to the gen-gen moderator's email adresses, and that includes me.

So, it's pretty obvious now that whoever is behind this little scam is a complete retard under the impression that they're being really clever and cunning with what they're doing. Considering I got an almost idential email with an almost identical comment on a related thread yesterday from 'Guest' logged in as his forum name, suspicions have been hightened. Stop this bullshit now, thanks.

Oh man, yet another chapter of weirdness in the history of rodekill.com

Keep the haXx0r page somewhere as a trophy of their achivement... perhaps even some light ridicule is in order too.

Edit: Blargh, that poetry really IS vomit inducing.
