Agreed. Finish it... or publish the source  :=

Hm... no idea if that's possible, but the y/z problem seems too typical...

Do you and the author happen to use two different keyboard layouts (german QWERTZ and american QWERTY)?

There we are, it's nearly possible to complete the game now. Nearly. And there is a third LAN... with the ADMIN. Also, the Tracer has been removed from the first LAN system again, due to balancing issues.

Okay, thank you. I love the game... especially charging psi power up, then activating the shield in the last moment (so the blow doesn't trigger), then rushing around, gathering like 15 sentries around me and THEN stop holding the left mouse button... MEGA KABOOM! :=

You should definitly finish this.

My Paranoid Computer Security (tm) has something against it. Did you use "asprotect" to pack it?

I'd not advise you to use chkdsk. It can really, really mess up you data. :P

If you PC is strong enough, you could try running a virtual machine on Win98.

Well, my point was that the time stops everywhere, just not where the device's user stands, so he can still breath and everything. Of course, he'd have to carry the device or some kind of remote control or such with him the whole time.

Strange thing is, if I have a nightmare, in most cases I end up chasing myself... that is very disturbing, believe me. Why can't at least my dreams be normal? Being chased by a monster is fine, but chasing YOURSELF... at least, I wake up when I realise who I'm chasing. Blah.

Quote from: MacI dreamt about posting on the AGS forums.

Heh, me too, only weirder. The explanation grammar would be quite strange, so instead pseudo-html tags:

[dream]I dreamt I tended to sleep-walk. In my dream, I woke up and saw my laptop running. Turned out I posted on the AGS forums about a game I was planning to do. Everybody was excited about it, and they went all "finish this game, dammit". Also, it had won an "idea contest". Problem was, that game was exactly the type of game I just hate, with promisises I knew I would never be able to keep.

I spent the rest of my dream trying to excuse myself for not doing that game.[/dream]

Well, did any of you read Terry Pratchett's 'Time Thief' (or whatever the English name is, that's what you get if you translate the German one back to English)? Time gets stopped there; it only keeps running for certain - at least partially supernatural - entities (e.g. Death's granddaughter) and those who carry "their own time" with them around, stored in a complex machine. If that machine stops running (you can wind it up again), the person instantly freezes. Also, everything in the world freezes in time, for example, the shards of a window that was just broken float in the air. The continue to move again if they're touched by a supernatural entity or someone with a running "time storing device", but as soon as they leave that person's body (ouchie), they freeze again.

Great. Now it's making the sound of a clock wrapped up in cotton.

Ooh, don't get it? Okay, it resembles the sound of an old man's heartbeat.

Yet again, you all made me feel sick  :P

If you need me, I'm over in that corner again. Throwing up. Everything I ever ate.

Yay, entry!

Pssst. Psssst. Hey, buddy. Could I probably interest you in one of these? We've got everything here... even Rolex. All legal, and cheap, buddy. And, uh, you didn't get these from me. Hey, where are you running?

I actually opened this thread the second I saw it was there...  :P

QuoteThe game is about the effects of politics and religion on the human mind and the decadence of society, this game is for mature audiences only, not for the weak and fragile, easily offended people, nope, no rules.

Um... how about any... plot details? And why did you post one of these screenshots twice?
#1497
Heh.*

*(chuckle of approval)
#1498
Well, it's managable. Look at KoffeeKrisis and KristmasKrisis.
#1499
Okay, technically not a character...

*sigh* I will never ever buy a Fujitsu Siemens laptop with Win XP pre-installed again.
